We collect your personal information such as name, contact details, e-mail address when you provide it to become a member of UHI to facilitate an online purchase and complete a booking for your customer. Refunds Policy
The cancellation conditions of each individual product are displayed at the time of booking and indicate the cancellation conditions that relate to that particular product and at the time of booking. In general hotel and transfer bookings can be cancelled according to instructions displayed at time of booking. There are some rates and products that are offered on a non-refundable basis, and certain peak periods where the cancellation penalties are stricter. These will be clearly displayed at the point of sale. Where the initial booking has been prepaid.Any refund amount will be refunded via the same means as the original payment.
Kindly note that all MAQAM bookings CAN NOT BE AMENDED once booked as per MAQAM rules and regulations.
